During this class you will savour the taste of the local fresh fish. so after a good aperitivo, you’ll make fresh pasta served with a tasty sauce of clams and mussels.
Then ready for the shrimps with fresh herbs in lemon leaves or, in alternative, the fresh fish, gently cooked in a light cherry tomato broth.
To complete the menu, we’ll prepare the gnammy lemon or classic tiramisu.
