Ravioli caprese are made with a very soft dough, filled with caciotta cheese (no ricotta) and fresh majorane. A delight, served with tomato sauce.
Then a typical italian dish, Pollo alla cacciatora, Chicken “hunter style”, made with cherry tomatoes, olives and fresh herbs, so tasty!
At the end you’ll make the unique lemon or classic tiramisu
