  • Grilled mozzarella cheese in lemon leaves;
  • Fresh pasta with neapolitan ragù;
  • Eggplant parmigiana or neapolitan meatballs;
  • Lemon tiramisu.

Only seasonal local products, mostly organic.

This course is the essence of the traditional local food

After a refreshing drink we’ll make fresh fettuccine, starting from scratch, dressed with a thick tomato sauce (ragù). Then discover the secret of the well known meatballs, in italian are “polpette”; my sorrentine version make them so moist and tender, cooked in a marinara sauce. Than let’s make mozzarella in lemon leavesand the highlight is my personal lemon tiramisu, an exclusive recipe, much lighter and fresher than the classic one.

Let’s make eggplant parmigiana instead of meatballs.
So you’ll prepare a great eggplant parmigiana with thin slices of fried eggplants,
mozzarella, grated parmigiano, basil and tomato sauce. At the end baked in the owen.
